How Colby J. Beckett of Encore VFX (Burbank) had his career jumpstart by a babysitter!
Colby is Cool ! He works both for Encore VFX (Burbank - that's near Hollywood) as well as does freelance doing destruction and explosions for DC Super Hero's at the CW. Before that, Colby focused primarily in commercials and medical animation with some major companies including, Beachbody, Boost Mobile, Breg, Virgin Mobile, and Edwards Lifesciences.
Colby also has a BA in Media Arts and Animation and an appetite for innovating new forms of digital media. His specialties are 3ds Max, VRay, Thinking Particles, FumeFX, Nuke, After Effects, Zbrush, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D, 3D Printing.
